We act as an independent producer representing clients in identifying and obtaining appropriate insurance coverage from licensed insurance carriers.

Our services are available to residents of states in which we are currently licensed. Serving residents of states where we are not licensed is outside the scope of our services.

No Obligation Created by Form Submission

Submitting a lead or contact form through our website does not obligate you to purchase any insurance product or engage our services. It simply initiates a consultation process at your request.

 

 

4. No Cost to Clients

Our consulting and producer services are provided to you at no direct cost. Hall and Hall Insurance Services is compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers upon policy placement. This compensation structure is standard in the independent insurance industry and does not affect the cost of your insurance premium.

We are committed to recommending coverage based on your needs, not based on commission levels. You have the right to ask about our compensation at any time.

 

 

5. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting forms, completing insurance applications, or communicating with Hall and Hall Insurance Services. Providing false or misleading information in connection with an insurance application may constitute fraud and can result in policy cancellation, denial of claims, or legal liability.

Hall and Hall Insurance Services is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide to us or directly to a carrier.

Hall and Hall Insurance Services is currently licensed as an individual insurance producer in Indiana. These Terms of Service are fully applicable to Indiana residents. 13. Complaints and Regulatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your right to file a complaint with any applicable state department of insurance or regulatory authority. If you have a concern about our services that you are unable to resolve directly with us, you have the right to contact:
